Samantha Haeusler, GAICD, is a General Counsel and governance leader, most recently General Counsel, Technology, Data & Procurement at ANZ and previously a Managing Director in a global legal leadership role at Credit Suisse in Singapore and Switzerland. She has advised boards and executives across privacy, data, IP, cyber security, technology, AI governance, critical infrastructure, third-party risk and operational resilience in complex regulated environments. Her work focuses on governance, legal leadership, regulatory change and defensible decision-making under pressure.
